Clubmakers Tom Reekie Elie Tom Reekie, from St Monans, became apprenticed to George Forrester in 1895 aged 15. He completed his apprenticeship in 1900 and worked with Forrester until he was called up in WWI. He returned to the business after the end of the war. Tom Reekie set up his own business after the war. This firm became Tom Reekie and Son when his son, John, joined him in the business at the end of WWII. Tom died in July 1958.
